1 Young mothers have short maternity leave

3Children are made to sleep alone

Children sleep in separate bedrooms in their own beds. They are taught this from a young age and even if a child wakes up during the night and begins to cry, mothers only check on them after waiting for a few seconds and making sure that their presence is absolutely necessary. 4French kids are granted complete freedom by their parents

Total freedom is given to kids by French parents. In fact, it’s highly unlikely that you will see a French parent having fun with their kid on the playground.
