Project Blue Health was carried in order to find out the connection between environment, climate and health of a person. 4What does it means?

The prefrontal cortex deals with the emotions of a person and it was observed that stimulation in this area resulted in making a person more capable of getting self-aware and also improves their emotional well-being. This is certainly a good reason for everyone to spend some time near the sea even if he doesn’t prefer to take bath in it.
