In fact, the female employees will be paid cash bonuses if they came to workplace dressed up in skirts or dresses.

The Russian company has offered its female employees cash bonuses for coming to office dressed up in skirts and dresses. The women who will accept this offer of the organization will be paid 100 Russian rubles (Rs. 106.09 approx.) along with their regular wages. The company has been criticized heavily on the social media networks for offering such incentives.

The company’s spokesperson Anastasiya Kirillova told the Russian media that the campaign is being run in order to unite the team as there are 70 percent men in their staff.
