Chinese Embassy Says That Kazakhstan Has An ‘Unknown Pneumonia’ Outbreak Deadlier Than COVID-19
The coronavirus is currently keeping the entire world in a state of lockdown. Millions have been infected and over six hundred thousand are dead. Every nation, every state, and every human is at risk regardless of their age or nationality. But, the Chinese embassy in Kazakhstan recently made waves in the media for claiming another pandemic is on the rise in Kazakhstan. They have said some really shocking things about the supposedly ‘unknown pneumonia’ outbreak that is sweeping the country.
1The Chinese embassy’s claim
The Chinese embassy in Kazakhstan has reportedly issued a warning to the citizens describing the outbreak of an ‘unknown pneumonia’ pandemic that would rival the coronavirus in terms of being deadly. The Chinese embassy has said that the outbreak has already taken the lives of 628 people in June.
2The outbreak has affected three cities
According to them, the outbreak has already affected three major cities in the country of Kazakhstan. Those cities are Aktobe, Atyrau, and Shymkent. According to the embassy, the disease has taken the lives of over 1,700 people in 2020 with 628 being killed in the month of June alone.
3It is worse than COVID-19
According to the embassy in their own words, this disease is much deadlier than the coronavirus. Right now the whole world is dealing with the coronavirus. According to reports and world meters, the death toll and infected rates are rising in every major country. Every medical department in the world is on a race to find a cure.
4The authorities have denied the claims
The authorities in Kazakhstan have denied the embassy’s reports claiming them to be baseless. They have however admitted to knowing about the pneumonia outbreak and have not yet been able to track down its origins and identify the nature of the virus. But, they have assured that it is not worse than COVID-19.
5The new cases
According to the embassy new cases of the unidentified pneumonia outbreak have been increasing significantly across the whole country. While the authorities have said that there are multiple cases they denied that this was not new reports and the health ministry was observing the situation. The reason why they didn’t say anything was the fear of a panic the news could create.
