8How cat-fox caught attention?

First of all let us clear it to you that cat-fox has nothing to do with the foxes. Local people used to talk about it as their sheep and goats were attacked in night but in 2008, a cat-fox was caught after it got trapped in the chicken coup.

This was more than enough for researchers to start researching about them and in 2012, they put out DNA- sticks which fascinated the cats. As these cats got attracted to these sticks, they rubbed their body on the sticks and left their fur on them. Scientists used these furs for genetic identification and analysis.
