Quick And Easy 30 Second Exercises That Will Show You If Your Body Is Healthy Or Not
Our body is like a machine and like any machine, it can get tired and not function as well as it should. But, like every machine, it will show you signs that it needs a break or repairing. You just need to know where to look.
Our body also gives us signs that something is wrong internally. We just need to know where to look for these signs. Everything in the human body is connected via nerve endings and it is easy to figure out which part of our body needs our attention.
1Clench your fist
This is a quick and easy test to see how good your blood vessels are working. All you need to do is clench your fist. Make a fist and hold the position for 30 seconds. You do not need to hold it too tightly. Simply close your hand and make a fist but keep the pressure going for 30-seconds. Let go after 30 seconds and examine your palm.
2What you should see
If you do this correctly you should see one of two things. Your palm is going to be white as clenching your fist moves the blood out of your palm. The first thing you should notice is that it takes just a couple of seconds for your palm to return to its natural color as the blood flows back in.
3If that does not happen
If it takes more than a couple of seconds for your palm to return to its original color then you might have arteriosclerosis. This means that your blood vessels are not functioning as well as they should. This is why it is taking too long for your blood to return to your palm. After doing this exercise you can go for a doctor’s checkup just to be sure.
4Holding your legs in the air for 30 seconds
This exercise is to test your core and spine. All you need to do is lay down face first on a flat surface. Do not do this on your bed as it will be hard to balance on the uneven surface. Once lying down with your arms to your side, try to lift up your legs. Once in the air keep them steady for 30 seconds.
5What should happen?
If you have a healthy body then you should be able to keep your legs in the air for 30 seconds without any pain or problems. If you are unable to balance it properly, do not panic, this happens. What you should be worried about is if you cannot do it for 30 seconds or you start feeling some pain.
