Exercise: 1: Get down on your palms and knees placing your hands under your shoulders, knees under your hips, and keep your back straight. Keep one leg bent and raise it to hip level and then lower it back down, but do not touch the floor with that leg. Perform this with the opposite leg as well and do 3 sets for each leg. Do around 10-15 repetitions for each leg.
Perform a bridge wherein you lie down on your back while keeping your knees bent. See to it that your feet are 30-40 cm away from your buttocks. Begin tightening your abdominal muscles and push your heels to the floor to lift your hips off the floor. Once in that position pause there for 2 seconds and then lower your hips back down. Do this for 15 reps of 3 sets.
3Exercises for a firm and toned bust
Exercise 3: perform basic push-ups. Begin by the leaning frontwards by keeping your palms on the floor under your shoulders and with your fingers pointing forward. Keep your feet shoulder width apart so that your body forms a straight line. In this position, bend your elbows till they form a right angle while going down. Also, breathe in while going down and exhale when you get back up to your initial position. Repeat this motion for as many times as you can. However, if you find it difficult to do push-ups, you can perform them by resting your knees on the ground to get more support.
