All you have to do is mix up to 10 drops of eucalyptus oil with peppermint oil along with carrier oil such as moringa or olive oil. 3Black cohosh

Black cohosh is an excellent remedy for muscle pain as it works as an anti-spasmodic and contains salicylic acid which is an anti-inflammatory ingredient found in many creams and ointments for pain. You need to use not more than 40 mg to 80 mg of cohosh per day. Mix 2-4ml of cohosh tincture to water or tea and consume thrice a day.
